manufacturer warranty and no technical support. Customer pays return shipping
on all services.
Sales tax is only required for orders
shipping within our resident state. Therefore, all orders shipping within
California will be charged the applicable sales tax.
Unfortunately, we do not currently offer price matching. For your
convenience, all of our most current and lowest pricing is posted on our web
site daily. Prices are not negotiable.
RETURN POLICIES:
Returned items
with physical damage, that show evidence of abuse, neglect, or misuse will
result in a voided warranty, and the customer will forfeit any rights for
refund or replacement. Such products will only be returned at the customers
shipping expense.
- REFUNDS:
- Shipping & Handling fees are
non-refundable
- Customer is responsible for any
fees incurred when returning merchandise to us
- Items must be returned w/in 14 days
of purchase
- Items must be returned in original
condition sent
- All Items returned for refund are
subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- REPLACEMENTS:
- Customer is responsible for any
fees incurred when returning merchandise to us
- We will cover any fees associated
with shipping your replacement
- Items returned after 14 days of
purchase will only be replaced
- Returned items must have proper
documentation

- All returned items must include the
e-mail authorizing the return.
- Any return not including proper
documentation may result in a processing delay, and a refund or
replacement may not be issued until such documentation is received.
- While we do our best to process all
returns in a timely manner, please be advised that there may be up to a
7 business day turn around time to process and ship your replacement out
to you.
- Due to the high occurrences fraud and
counterfeiting, all CCTV, Camera, DVR, OEM, Brand Name Items & Headsets
must be returned in the original condition sent, with everything that
was originally shipped in the package including but not limited to
chargers, manual, and original packaging.
- Any such item that is not returned
in the foresaid condition will NOT be replaced or refunded and will
only be returned to the customer at the customer's shipping expense
- NO REFUNDS OR REPLACEMENTS for any
OEM, BRAND NAME Items & Headsets returned after 30 days of purchase
SHIPPING POLICIES
- Ship-To Locations
- Most items can be shipped World
Wide. OEM / Brand Name, Camera & CCTV items can only be shipped to
the Continental USA & Canada via UPS. Such items cannot be shipped
to PO Box, Hawaii, Alaska, or military addresses.
- Packages Returned
for Address Correction
- All packages returned
"Undeliverable as Addressed" by the shipping courier are subject
to a shipping & handling surcharge to cover postage and handling
for reshipment. Please be sure your address is correct before
submitting payment to avoid this surcharge.
- Delivery Times
- Items are usually shipped out
within 1-2 business days
- We do not ship Saturday, Sundays,
or Major US Holidays. Items purchased on those days will be shipped
within the following 1-2 business days.
- As we have NO control over the
shipping couriers used, please allow up to 7-14
BUSINESS days for domestic
delivery. International, APO, & FPO address can take anywhere from
7-21 BUSINESS
days or longer depending on customs regulations &
inspections. Business Days are defined as regular working days
Monday-Friday excluding all major US Holidays.
- Local Pick-Up
- Unfortunately, WE ARE NOT A
STORE FRONT. We CANNOT accept any walk-in customers. NO
EXCEPTIONS.
- Backorders
- Any items that are unavailable will be placed on back order, and the
remainder of your order will be shipped. Please note that these dates are
"estimates" and not guaranteed to arrive on that date. Your order will be
promptly shipped as soon as the product arrives. No additional shipping fees
will be charged.
- Misc. Info
- While we do our best to prevent
customers from incurring any additional customs or duty fees, we
cannot guarantee that this can be completely avoided. As such
International customers are responsible for
any additional custom & duty fees they may incur.
We will not under any circumstances sell or release your information to
anyone. All of the information obtained from our web site will be used for
processing purposes only.
